On the 15th and 16th of April, the MAS students hosted a participatory workshop for stakeholders and actors from communities along the Uetliberg flank. Over the two days, farmers, housing cooperative representatives, department heads from Grün Stadt Zürich, gardeners, teachers and more took time to speak with the students about each area. They elaborated on what problems they currently faced, what their vision for the future and where there were potentials to develop a more agroecological thinking in the community. The students received feedback on their projects to date, which they have incorporated and informed the trajectory of their projects. A core part of the workshop was the model, which was used as a tool to communicate the spatial implications of existing networks, ongoing issues and future potentials of the site.
