Urban Agroecology: for the Zürich Metropolitan CoreMidterm Review ETH Zürich

The midterm review for our Urban Agroecology: for the Zürich Metropolitan Core studio took place at ONA on the 23rd of April. We were delighted to be joined by the EPFL studio team as well as Christoph Küffer, Stefan Breit and Santiago del Hierro in discussions around food in and around the edges of Zürich metropolitan cores. The students presented works from the outer edges of the city in Dübendorf and Uitikon to the inner edges of Uetliberg and Zürichberg with visions that addressed the forest edge, the urban edge and where there is space for agroecology in the city of Zürich.
